As with all the debt payoff charts, TRACK YOUR BALANCE, not your payments. This chart shows your progress in reducing the balance to 0, it will not show you a total of how much you paid including interest.
After each payment clears (whether your regular payment or extra to the principal) check your new balance and color in the appropriate amount of spaces.
You can color in half-spaces if you want to.
You can print out a chart for every year and fill it in for the amount you want to pay off that year. This breaks down a many-year process into smaller bites so you can see your progress.
This is adigital download, you get immediate access, and can print as many times as you like. Nothing will be shipped.

LOVE THEM! Love seeing how each payment block colored in gets closer to the house. Visually seeing that keeps me motivated to keep going, to put any extra I can get towards it closer to the house.

Makes paying the mortgage fun!
This chart is what motivates me to pay a little extra to make paying the mortgage a bit of fun. Definitely recommend!
Love the charts, absolutely free, no strings attached. Easy, safe download and print. These will work perfectly for helping my son pay off a small debt and see his progress.
Let’s face it debt sucks but these totally free charts have been eye opening and motivating. I printed these all to A5 size and already have colored in a few boxes. I love that what seemed insurmountable before now seems doable. (Like if I pay and extra $100 dollars I can color in another box). I have a really really really long way to go but I now have a clear picture on all of my debts (without adding more debt to the pile). Thank you for these fun charts.
