Answers to some of the most common questions:

Q: Why is there a shopping cart if I'm getting free charts?
A: I set it up this way to be able to track how many free charts are given away, I have a goal to give away 300,000 charts in 2019!

Q: Why do you need my shipping information if these are digital files?
A: Actually, I don't need it, but I can't turn that part of the shopping cart off. If I could, I would. If you'd rather not share your address, just put in 123 Main Street or something.

Q: Why is it saying "Continue to Payment Method"? I thought these charts were free!
A: If you only have free charts in your shopping cart, go ahead and click that button, the system will skip over all payment info. If it actually gets to a page where it's asking for your card number, you either have a chart in your cart that isn't free, or there is an error with one of the charts (please contact support if the latter).

Q: I ordered the All Access Pass, now what?
A: Check your email for an email with complete instructions on how to access the Members area. Please check your Junk and Spam folders if you don't see it.

Q: I checked my email for the All Access Pass instructions (Junk and Spam too), and I didn't get it. What do I do?
A: If you checked out with PayPal, the email will come to your PayPal linked email address. If you don't have access to the email for that email address, please contact support@debtfreecharts.com and provide both your PayPal linked email address and your personal email address, along with the name you checked out with, and we will see if we can change the customer file so you can get your email and set up your account.

Q: I made my account for the All Access Pass I bought, but it still wants to charge me for the charts, what am I doing wrong?
A: Once logged in, you need to navigate to the All Access Pass Members area on the menu, in the Members area the charts are all free for you.

Q: I logged in, but I don't see a Members area, help.
A: If you don't see the All Access Pass Members tab, you either aren't logged in properly, or perhaps created the account with the wrong email address.
