Digital Download

All products are digital PDF files, delivered to your email. Nothing will be shipped to you.

Once you check out, you will be redirected to a confirmation page where your download links will appear shortly, AND you will receive two emails. One will be your receipt, and one will have your download links (titled "Your Downloads are Ready"). Both should arrive within an hour.

If you don't see your receipt or downloads email, check your Spam and Junk/Trash folders, as sometimes they get filtered. Be sure to Whitelist debtfreecharts.com so the emails make it to your inbox.

If they aren't in your Spam or Junk/Trash folders, please email support@debtfreecharts.com for help, be sure to include the email address you purchased with if it is different from the one you are sending from.

Most of the time when the emails don't ever arrive it's due to a typo in your email address, so please enter it carefully.

NOTE: If you pay with PayPal, their system occasionally puts a hold on orders for up to 3 days. It appears to be random, and something they must do to comply with their regulations. If this happens you should receive an email from them telling you about the hold. Once the hold clears, the system will auto-deliver your download links.
