I'm currently using the 30 day challenge. I'm not using a credit card for 30 days. So far I'm on day 12 of not using a card. Every time I think about using a card I remember that I rather be able to color in my goal day. This has helped me alot because well I love shopping. I basically changed my dopamine hit from swiping my card to coloring a spot. I never thought something as simple as a colored spot will help me stay focus. ❤️ I love these. I'm going to start one for paying down my credit card debt.

Best tool for visual learners
I had been thinking about printing out my entire debt picture for some time and I am so glad I found your site. This is super helpful. I have them posted around my house so I can see them every day as a reminder to not go out to spend money like crazy and to actually stick to a budget. It's like a punch in the face ( a good one) to help you realize the financial mess you're in so it will motivate you to get out much faster!
